Kuzu Terms of Service

Last updated: March 30, 2026

1. About the Service

Kuzu (the "Service") is an AI chatbot platform that helps businesses automatically greet and assist customers through LINE Official Accounts. The Service is operated by ProSoft Engineering Co., Ltd. (the "Company") at kuzu.tw.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including keeping your login credentials confidential.

One account corresponds to one business. If you need to manage multiple businesses, please create separate accounts.

Business information you provide (business name, product details, etc.) must be truthful and accurate.

3. Plans and Pricing

The Service offers free and paid plans. Features and limits for each plan are detailed on the pricing page.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are charged at 10 months' price for 12 months of service.

All prices are in New Taiwan Dollars (NT$), inclusive of applicable taxes.

New users automatically receive a 14-day Pro trial upon signup, with no credit card required. If not upgraded by the end of the trial, the account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan.

4. Free Plan Limits

The Free plan allows AI conversations with up to 30 unique customers per month. Multiple interactions with the same customer within the same month count as one conversation.

After reaching the limit, Kuzu will continue replying to customers already contacted this month, but will not reply to new customers. You can still reply to new customers manually through your LINE Official Account.

Usage resets on the 1st of each calendar month.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time with no minimum contract period. After cancellation, the service continues until the end of the current billing period, then downgrades to the Free plan.

Under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act Article 19, you may unconditionally cancel within 7 days of subscription and receive a full refund. However, if you have substantively accessed the Service's digital content (including AI chat features), the 7-day cooling-off period does not apply. The Company will clearly disclose this exception during the subscription process.

No refunds are available after the 7-day cooling-off period or after digital content has been accessed.

6. AI Disclaimer

Kuzu is an AI chatbot. Its responses are generated based on Brain card content you provide and AI model output. AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI responses. You are responsible for reviewing conversations between Kuzu and your customers.

Kuzu's responses do not constitute professional advice (including but not limited to legal, medical, or financial advice).

The Company is not liable for any disputes or losses arising from AI-generated response content.

7. Your Responsibilities

You must ensure that Brain card content you provide to Kuzu is accurate and legally compliant.

7.2 You may not use the Service to:

  • Distribute illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content
  • Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
  • Collect or misuse customer personal data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation

You must have a valid LINE Official Account to use Kuzu's LINE chat features. LINE Official Account registration and maintenance costs are your responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of the Service's software, design, trademarks, and related content belong to the Company.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (Brain cards, product information, etc.). You grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use such content as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Service Interruption and Termination

The Company may temporarily interrupt the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.

If you violate these Terms, the Company may suspend or terminate your account.

You may delete your account at any time to terminate your use of the Service. After account deletion, your data will be handled per the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for the Service is limited to the total fees you have paid to the Company in the preceding 12 months.

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, or data.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Company may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or LINE 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after revisions constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
